Plates and M5 attachment screws only! We recommend using these with SmallRig Rosette Arms, available here on Amazon, and CAMVATE T-handle clamps if clamping to a flat surface.
The ultimate low-profile mounting solution for Svalboard Lightly -- drop your hands all the way to your thighs, and get a super open posture with plenty of tenting to reduce pronation and increase overall neck/shoulder/arm load.
Laser cut, black anodized 2.5mm aluminum plates with installed 1/4"-20 ARRI-style antirotation inserts for top-mounting magic arms in the optimal position.
Custom cut to leave access for the RESET buttons on your Lightly build, you can affix your rig to the plates with a couple of M5 machine screw in the tenting holes, and or a 1/4"-20 bolt in the central hole.
Compared to using the standard bottom 1/4-20 mounts on a Lightly, these plates get you an extra inch+ lower, a flat undersurface to rest on your leg, and an extra 5-7" of positional flexibility.
11" arms give a huge range of adjustment with the N-inner position of the connection points -- 7" is probably sufficient for most use cases with these plates.

Nicely made. Work as advertised and work well with mounting arms for easy positioning.
These work perfectly for attaching the Svalboard to Magic Arms at the upper edge of the keyboard.
Only drawback is that these are not necessary if you want to mount in the center of each keyboard half... the Magic Arms clamps can screw directly into the existing screw, but these allow you to mount the halves in a better position.
So try it with and without the plates, but I much prefer with.
Wish it had come with the mounting screws considering the price, but they were easy to source from Home Depot. Otherwise, I'm extremely happy with this. It makes using the Svalboard that much more comfortable. Very sturdy.
We've just started shipping screws with these, thanks for the feedback 🙏
